I made this up for Greg and I the other day. Â I felt it was blog worthy.
Ingredients:
Serves 2-3 people
4 cups cooked pasta
1 small tin tuna, drained (approx 90-100g, I prefer tuna in oil)
1 tomato, diced (I prefer Roma tomatoes)
1 onion, diced
1 egg
1/4 cup cream
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4-1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes
parsley to garnish
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
Method:
Fry off onion and garlic in oil. Â Add tuna, tomato, cream, chilli and salt. Â Simmer for approximately 5 minutes on medium heat. Â Stir in egg and mix quickly to evenly distribute throughout sauce. Â Turn off heat. Â Toss in cooked pasta and coat well with the sauce. Â Serve immediately garnished with chopped parsley.
