I got to knit the night we got home too. \u00c2\u00a0The pattern is the Pebble Vest. \u00c2\u00a0I have made quite a few of these over the last few years. \u00c2\u00a0I find it quick to knit and love the fact it is knit all in one. \u00c2\u00a0I am using a 70% wool and 30% soya blend yarn. \u00c2\u00a0It is lovely and soft and I would describe the colour as mocha. \u00c2\u00a0I am knitting it on 5.5mm needles (US 9). \u00c2\u00a0The size will probably be around 6-12 months. \u00c2\u00a0I have another <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ravelry.com\/projects\/Jacinta7t7\/pebble-henrys-manly-cobblestone-inspired-baby-vest\">Pebble Vest on Ravelry<\/a>, that I made for Jairah, if you want to have a look.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.embracingitall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/yarnalongapril20.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-750\" title=\"yarnalongapril20\" src=\"http:\/\/www.embracingitall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/yarnalongapril20.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"448\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.embracingitall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/yarnalongapril20.jpg 448w, http:\/\/www.embracingitall.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/04\/yarnalongapril20-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 448px) 100vw, 448px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I am trying to get through a book by Barbara Kingslover, The Lacuna. \u00c2\u00a0I was enjoying it to start with, but I must admit I am finding it a bit long winded the further I read (I&#8217;m about half way), even though it is well written. \u00c2\u00a0I usually devour Barbara books, but alas, not this one. \u00c2\u00a0But I want to finish it before I start reading another book.<\/p>\n<p>I have a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.embracingitall.com\/?p=754\">giveaway<\/a> for Easter if you are interested.<\/p>\n<p>Jacinta x<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Joining in with\u00c2\u00a0Ginny at Small Things yarn along this week.
